Refund Policy

Thank you for contributing to Soka International School Malaysia. If you are not entirely satisfied with your contribution, we're here to help.

Refunds

As an education institution, Soka International School Malaysia has a strict non-refund policy on all contributions ('Contributions'), except in the event where a duplicate transaction occurs due to an error in the software or the processing.

No refund or cancellation of Contributions through any mode of payment will be allowed for any Contributors unless the Contributor made a technical fault or error, such as transaction duplicity, data entry mistake or any other circumstances the School at its sole discretion deems fit and allow. The request for refund or cancellation of Contributions based on the said event must be made in writing to Soka International Academy Malaysia Sdn Bhd within fourteen (14) days from the date the contribution was made, otherwise the School will not accept any refund or cancellation request, including in the said event.

If a contribution is refunded, the original receipt issued in respect of that contribution must be returned to the School immediately and the receipt shall be cancelled and deemed invalid with immediate effect.
